Bad Holzhausen has been a state-recognized spa since 2007, making it the youngest in North Rhine-Westphalia. In the center of the park is the manor house of a former knight's estate. Built in the middle of the 16th century as a moated castle, it has served as the "Haus des Gastes" since 1981. The manor water mill has also been preserved. In the movement park or in the Kneipp water treading pool you can do something good for your health. On the barefoot and sensory nature trail, a blind walk, balancing stations and a moor treading pool, among other things, await visitors at 15 stations.
Children can let off steam on a large playground and two outdoor play areas.
